All Things Come to an End is a story about love and loss. Last week I revealed the main character, Destinee Clark. This week I want to introduce the man that found his way to her heart and changed her life in ways she never imagined, Chris Richardson.
Chris is in his early thirties and has been through enough to know that he is ready to settle down. His childhood wasn't easy as he experienced loss at a young age. He was raised by his aunt and uncle who taught him that love is patient and kind. He saw his uncle as a strong, determined, and patient man with a willingness to help others. Some characteristics Chris strived to emulate in his own life.
Style: Simple yet modern and casual.
Personality: Compassionate, affectionate, thoughtful, conversationalist, spontaneous, ambitious, and responsible.
Flaws: A loner at times, hardworking, Can sometimes be passive-aggressive and hard to read.
Career: Prior Navy - 12 years, engineer.
Goals: To graduate college, a career as a mechanical engineer, committed relationship, balance life better.
Fear: Never getting married and having children. Fear of not achieving goals.
Pet peeves: Drama and lazy people.
Hobbies: Traveling and working on cars.
Family life: A younger sister (3 years younger). Was raised by his maternal uncle and his wife. They have 3 children (1 boy and 2 girls) all younger than Chris. He has always been the big brother and protector, especially to his sister. They are very close. He joined the Navy after high school so he could help put his sister through college.
